1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the USA Sports AI mobile application (the "App") operated by Digital App LLC ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

USA Sports AI is a subscription-based entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze publicly available sports data and generate analysis, confidence scores and supporting factors for games in Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Football League (NFL). The analysis is AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only (see Section 3 and the Trademarks note in Section 8).

3. No Betting Advice & No Guarantee

The predictions, confidence scores and analysis provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do NOT constitute betting, gambling, financial or any other professional advice, nor any form of guaranteed prediction.

No prediction is ever certain. Past performance and success rates do not guarantee future results, and sports are inherently unpredictable — no analysis can guarantee the outcome of any game. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided. Please use the App responsibly.

4. Eligibility & Responsible Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Please use the App responsibly.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (USA Sports AI Premium) at $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, which may include a free trial period. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

6. Data Sources

The App relies on third-party sports data providers for scores, standings and statistics. While we strive to keep data accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or free of delays or errors.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, text and graphics, is owned by Digital App LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Trademarks & Non-Affiliation

USA Sports AI is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Basketball Association (NBA), the National Football League (NFL), or any team, league, player or sports organization. All team names, league names, logos and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its analysis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
