1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LOTTO AI CDN application by Digital App LLC ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

LOTTO AI CDN is an AI-powered entertainment application that analyzes historical lottery data and generates number combinations for upcoming draws:

• Lotto 6/49: 6 numbers from 1–49 + 1 drawn Bonus – 4,457 official draws analyzed since 1982, 44 years of historical data
• Lotto Max: 7 numbers from 1–52 (since April 2026) + 1 drawn Bonus – 1,276 official draws analyzed since 2009, 17 years of historical data

3. Age Requirement

By using LOTTO AI CDN, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your province. Individuals under the minimum age may not use this application.

4. Subscriptions

LOTTO AI CDN offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Each plan may include a 3-day free trial for eligible users; if not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription price is charged automatically
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refund is provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select LOTTO AI CDN
5. Tap Cancel Subscription or choose a different plan

4.5 Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• For refund requests, please contact Apple directly: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion

5. Important Disclaimer

By using LOTTO AI CDN, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Lottery games are games of chance and results are entirely random
• No system, algorithm, or application can guarantee or predict winning numbers
• Our AI analysis is based solely on historical data and probability patterns
• Past lottery results do not influence or predict future draws
• We make no guarantees or promises regarding lottery winnings
• The decision to purchase lottery tickets is entirely your own responsibility
• Never spend more than you can afford to lose
• Digital App LLC is not affiliated with the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, OLG, Loto-Québec, BCLC, WCLC or ALC, and does not sell lottery tickets
• LOTTO 6/49, LOTTO MAX and Gold Ball are trademarks of the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation

6. Responsible Gaming

We encourage responsible use of our application:

• Set a budget for lottery ticket purchases and stick to it
• Do not consider lottery as a source of income or a solution to financial problems
• Seek help if you feel you may have a gambling problem

7. Lottery Results Disclaimer

Digital App LLC is not responsible for:

• Any losses from purchasing lottery tickets with numbers generated by our app
• Decisions made based on the app's suggestions or analysis
• Technical errors in number generation or display
• Changes in lottery rules, odds, or format by official lottery organizations

• Chaque forfait peut inclure un essai gratuit de 3 jours pour les utilisateurs admissibles; s'il n'est pas annulé avant la fin de l'essai, le prix de l'abonnement est facturé automatiquement
• Le paiement est facturé à votre compte Apple ID lors de la confirmation d'achat
• L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf si le renouvellement automatique est désactivé au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours
• Vous pouvez gérer et annuler vos abonnements dans Réglages > Apple ID > Abonnements
• Aucun remboursement n'est accordé pour la partie non utilisée d'une période d'abonnement
