By accessing or using the Lotto AI Canada application by Digital App LLC ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

Lotto AI Canada is an AI-powered entertainment application that analyzes historical lottery data and generates number combinations for upcoming draws:

• Lotto 6/49: 6 main numbers from 1–49 + 1 Bonus – Over 3,683 draws analyzed, 42+ years of historical data
• Lotto Max: 7 main numbers from 1–50 + 1 Bonus – Over 602 draws analyzed, 15+ years of historical data

3. Age Requirement

By using Lotto AI Canada, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your province. Individuals under the minimum age may not use this application.

4. Subscriptions

Lotto AI Canada offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refund is provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

2. Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Lotto AI Canada
5. Tap Cancel Subscription or choose a different plan

4.5 Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• For refund requests, please contact Apple directly: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion

5. Important Disclaimer

By using Lotto AI Canada, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Lottery games are games of chance and results are entirely random
• No system, algorithm, or application can guarantee or predict winning numbers
• Our AI analysis is based solely on historical data and probability patterns
• Past lottery results do not influence or predict future draws
• We make no guarantees or promises regarding lottery winnings
• The decision to purchase lottery tickets is entirely your own responsibility
• Never spend more than you can afford to lose
• Digital App LLC is not affiliated with any official lottery organization

6. Responsible Gaming

We encourage responsible use of our application:

• Set a budget for lottery ticket purchases and stick to it
• Do not consider lottery as a source of income or a solution to financial problems
