By using the LOTTO AI NZ app by Digital App LLC ("we"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

LOTTO AI NZ is an entertainment app that shows the official results of New Zealand Lotto with Powerball, statistics on past draws and a number generator.

• Lotto with Powerball: choose 6 numbers from 1 to 40 and a Powerball from 1 to 14. Each draw picks 6 winning numbers and a Bonus Ball from 1 to 40, and a Powerball from 1 to 14. Draws are on Wednesday (8:20pm) and Saturday (8:00pm), New Zealand time.

• Official results (free for everyone): winning numbers, Bonus Ball, Powerball and the prize of every Lotto and Powerball division, as published by Lotto NZ after each draw.
• Statistics (Premium): 1,355 official draws since 5 November 2011.
• Number generator (Premium): 4 strategies for the 6 numbers (hot, cold, smart mix and random); the Powerball is always picked at random.
• My Numbers (Premium): up to 100 saved lines, checked against the official draw, with the real prize of each Lotto and Powerball division.

3.1 Plans. Monthly at NZ$8.99 per month or yearly at NZ$54.99 per year (the prices shown in the App Store apply). Eligible users get a 3-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, the subscription price is charged automatically.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.2 Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other New Zealand consumer law are not affected.

• Lotto is a game of chance; results are completely random.
• No system, algorithm or app can predict or guarantee winning numbers.
• Statistics only describe past draws, which do not influence future draws.
• We promise no winnings. The decision to play is yours alone.
• Results are for reference only; the official results of Lotto NZ prevail.

LOTTO AI NZ is for adults aged 18 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18. Do not gamble excessively; only play with money you can afford to lose.

The app's content, design and software belong to Digital App LLC. "Lotto", "Powerball" and "Strike" are trademarks of their owner. LOTTO AI NZ is an independent app, not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Lotto NZ (New Zealand Lotteries Commission); it sells no tickets and takes no bets.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We may update these terms. Changes apply from their publication in the app or on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in New Zealand, the mandatory rules of New Zealand consumer law also apply.
