By using the LOTTO AI World app by Digital App LLC ("we"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

LOTTO AI World is an entertainment app that shows the official lottery results of 7 countries, statistics on past draws and a number generator. You choose your country in the app and can change it at any time.

• 🇸🇬 Singapore: TOTO (official results published by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited).
• 🇭🇰 Hong Kong: Mark Six (official results published by The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC Lotteries Limited)).
• 🇹🇼 Taiwan: Super Lotto (威力彩) and Lotto 6/49 (大樂透) (official results published by Taiwan Lottery Co., Ltd.).
• 🇨🇭 Switzerland: Swiss Lotto and EuroMillions (official results published by Swisslos and Loterie Romande).
• 🇦🇹 Austria: Lotto 6 aus 45 (official results published by Österreichische Lotterien GmbH).
• 🇳🇱 Netherlands: Lotto and Lotto XL (official results published by Nederlandse Loterij).
• 🇳🇿 New Zealand: Lotto and Powerball (official results published by Lotto NZ (New Zealand Lotteries Commission)).

• Official results (free for everyone): winning numbers and, where the operator publishes them, the prize of every tier, after each draw.
• Statistics (Premium): every official draw of your lottery in the current format.
• Number generator (Premium): 4 strategies: hot numbers, cold numbers, smart mix and random.
• My Numbers (Premium): up to 100 saved lines, checked against the official draw, with the real prize of each tier.

3.1 Plans. Monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the App Store of your country (in your local currency). Eligible users get a 3-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, the subscription price is charged automatically.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.2 Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

• Lotteries are games of chance; results are completely random.
• No system, algorithm or app can predict or guarantee winning numbers.
• Statistics only describe past draws, which do not influence future draws.
• We promise no winnings. The decision to play is yours alone.
• Results are for reference only; the official results of each lottery operator prevail.

LOTTO AI World is for adults aged 18 and over, and only people of legal age in their country may buy lottery tickets. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18. Do not gamble excessively; only play with money you can afford to lose.

The app's content, design and software belong to Digital App LLC. The names of the lotteries (TOTO, Mark Six, Swiss Lotto, EuroMillions, Lotto 6 aus 45, Lotto, Lotto XL, Powerball, 威力彩, 大樂透) and of the operators are trademarks of their owners. LOTTO AI World is an independent app, not operated, endorsed or sponsored by any lottery operator; it sells no tickets and takes no bets.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the data protection law of your country.

We may update these terms. Changes apply from their publication in the app or on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
