Digital App LLC ("we", "our" or "the company") operates the Foot AI mobile application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our application.

2. Data Collected
2.1 Foot AI Application
Regarding our Foot AI application:
- Analyses and data: generated server-side and stored on Firebase Firestore
- Match data: retrieved from the football-data.org API (public data)
- Local cache: match data is cached locally on your device (UserDefaults) for instant display
- Subscription status: managed entirely by Apple StoreKit
- We do not collect any personally identifiable data
- No account creation or registration is required
2.2 Automatically collected information
We do not collect any personal data automatically. Firebase Analytics is disabled. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify individual users.
3. Use of Data
As Foot AI does not collect personal data, information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Display AI-generated analyses
- Display official Ligue 1 match results
- Manage subscriptions via Apple StoreKit
- Improve app performance
4. Data Storage
- Analyses and match data are stored on Google Firebase Firestore (European servers, europe-west1)
- The app accesses Firestore in read-only mode — no data is written from the app
- A local cache (UserDefaults) temporarily stores data for instant display
- No cloud storage of personal data
- Subscription data is securely managed by Apple
5. Third-Party Services
5.1 Apple App Store (StoreKit)
We use Apple's StoreKit framework for subscriptions. Apple processes all transactions. apple.com/legal/privacy
5.2 Google Firebase Firestore
Match data and analyses are stored on Firebase Firestore. No personal data is transmitted. policies.google.com/privacy
5.3 football-data.org
Match data (scores, rankings) comes from the football-data.org API. No personal data is transmitted.
We do not use any advertising network. Your data is never sold to third parties.
6. Security
- All communications with Firebase are encrypted (SSL/TLS)
- Firestore access is read-only (Firebase security rules)
- No collection of sensitive personal data
- Firebase Analytics is disabled

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:
