1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Foot AI application by Digital App LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Foot AI is an AI-powered statistical analysis application that generates analyses for Ligue 1 matches. Our service includes:

• AI Analysis: Generated by artificial intelligence for every Ligue 1 match
• Statistics: Rankings, recent form, home/away strength, goals scored and conceded
• Injuries and suspensions: Real-time data via web search
• Results: Past analysis verification and success rate
• Informational only: Analyses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes

3. Premium Subscription

• Payment is made via your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refund is granted for the unused portion of the period

• Refunds are at Apple's discretion

4. Limitation of Liability

By using Foot AI, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not infallible
• Analyses are provided for informational purposes only
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Digital App LLC disclaims any liability for decisions made based on the analyses
• The use of analyses is entirely your responsibility
• The application is NOT affiliated with the LFP or the FFF

5. Age Requirements

By using the application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The analyses provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the application – text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and designs – is the property of Digital App LLC.

"Ligue 1" is a trademark of the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP). Foot AI is not affiliated with the LFP.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

For users residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.
