By downloading, installing, or using FOOT AI ("the App"), published by Digital App LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

FOOT AI provides AI-powered analysis for matches across 8 competitions: Ligue 1, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, MLS, UEFA Champions League, and UEFA Europa League. The service includes:

• AI Analysis: Pre-match predictions generated by Claude AI for matches across 8 competitions
• Statistics: Detailed match statistics, team form, and performance data
• Injuries: Real-time injury, absence and suspension information
• Head-to-Head: Historical results between teams
• Top Scorers: Leading scorers with goals and assists for each competition

3. Subscription & Pricing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Digital App LLC does not process refunds directly.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations

Specifically:

• Analyses are AI-generated opinions, not facts or certainties.
• Past performance and success rates do not guarantee future results.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from decisions based on our analyses.
• Football is inherently unpredictable — no analysis can guarantee match outcomes.
• Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to use the App.
• FOOT AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any football league, federation, or governing body. All league names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written consent from Digital App LLC.

6. Trademarks

FOOT AI is a product of Digital App LLC. The FOOT AI name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Digital App LLC.

All football league names, team names, logos, and related trademarks mentioned in the App (including but not limited to Ligue 1, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, MLS, UEFA Champions League, and UEFA Europa League) are the property of their respective owners and governing bodies. FOOT AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these organizations.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at digitalappusa.com/footai/privacy .

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
