In short: we never sell your data. LOTTO AI SG needs no account, has no ads and no analytics or tracking tools, and your numbers stay on your device.
1. Introduction
Digital App LLC ("we") operates the LOTTO AI SG app. This policy explains which data the app processes and how it is protected.
2. Data processed
- Generated numbers and "My Numbers" (up to 100 lines): stored only on your device.
- Draw results: loaded from our results feed (hosted on GitHub). No personal data is sent; as with any internet request, the server sees your IP address.
- Saving a numbers card to Photos: only if you choose "Save Image"; the app adds the image and does not read your photo library.
- Subscription status: managed entirely by Apple.
- No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no account.
3. Purposes
- Generate numbers and show statistics
- Show official results and compare them with your numbers
- Manage subscriptions through Apple StoreKit
- Answer support requests
4. Storage and security
- Your numbers stay only on your device; we cannot access them
- No personal data stored in the cloud
- All connections are encrypted (SSL/TLS)
5. Third-party services
Apple App Store (StoreKit): Apple processes all purchases and subscriptions. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
We use no advertising network and sell no data to third parties.
6. Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you have the right to access and correct your personal data. Because your numbers are only on your device, you can delete them at any time in the app or by deleting the app. Requests: info@digitalappusa.com.
7. Age
LOTTO AI SG is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
