By using the LOTTO AI SG app by Digital App LLC ("we"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

LOTTO AI SG is an entertainment app that shows the official TOTO results in Singapore, statistics on past draws and a number generator.

• TOTO: choose 6 numbers from 1 to 49; each draw picks 6 winning numbers and 1 Additional Number. Draws are usually on Monday and Thursday at 18:30, with occasional special draws (the actual dates are those published by Singapore Pools).

• Official results (free for everyone): winning numbers and the prize of every Group (per S$1 bet), as published by Singapore Pools after each draw.
• Statistics (Premium): all 1,230 official draws since 9 October 2014 (current 6-from-49 format).
• Number generator (Premium): 4 strategies: hot numbers, cold numbers, smart mix and random.
• My Numbers (Premium): up to 100 saved lines, checked against the official draw, with the real prize of each Group.

3.1 Plans. Monthly at S$4.98 per month or yearly at S$29.98 per year (the prices shown in the App Store apply). Eligible users get a 3-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, the subscription price is charged automatically.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.2 Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

• TOTO is a game of chance; results are completely random.
• No system, algorithm or app can predict or guarantee winning numbers.
• Statistics only describe past draws, which do not influence future draws.
• We promise no winnings. The decision to play is yours alone.
• Results are for reference only; the official results of Singapore Pools prevail.

LOTTO AI SG is for adults aged 18 and over, and only people of legal age may buy lottery tickets. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18. Do not gamble excessively; only play with money you can afford to lose.

The app's content, design and software belong to Digital App LLC. "TOTO" and "Singapore Pools" are trademarks of their owner. LOTTO AI SG is an independent app, not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited; it sells no tickets and takes no bets.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We may update these terms. Changes apply from their publication in the app or on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in Singapore, the mandatory rules of Singapore consumer protection law also apply.
