Digital App LLC (“we”, “us” or “the Company”) operates the LOTTO AI UK mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is protected. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Handle
- Generated numbers and My Numbers (up to 100 picks): stored locally on your device only.
- Lottery results: downloaded from our results feed (official National Lottery draw results collected by our robot); no personal data is sent with these requests.
- Subscription status: handled entirely by Apple.
- No analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
- No account or sign-up is needed, and we collect no personally identifying information.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify individual users.

- To generate lottery numbers and show statistics
- To show official Lotto and EuroMillions results and check your saved picks against them
- To manage subscriptions through Apple StoreKit
- To answer your support requests

Results feed: official results are served from our public results feed (hosted on GitHub). No personal data is sent with these requests.
We do not use any advertising network. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. As the app keeps your picks on your device, you can delete them at any time in the app (My Numbers) or by deleting the app.

7. Age Requirement
