Terms of Use

By accessing or using the LOTTO AI UK app by Digital App LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

LOTTO AI UK is an entertainment app that shows official Lotto and EuroMillions results, statistics about past draws and a number generator. Supported games:

• Lotto: 6 numbers from 1 to 59, draws on Wednesday and Saturday around 8pm UK time. Since 10 June 2026 every line is checked against two rounds on each draw night, each with its own Bonus Ball.
• EuroMillions: 5 numbers from 1 to 50 + 2 Lucky Stars from 1 to 12, draws on Tuesday and Friday around 8pm UK time.

The service includes:

• Official results (free for everyone): results of both Lotto rounds and EuroMillions, taken from the official National Lottery draw results by our robot after every draw, with a countdown to the next draw.
• Unlimited number generation (Premium): 4 strategies — Hot Numbers, Cold Numbers, Smart Mix and Pure Random.
• Statistics (Premium): 1,181 Lotto draws since 10 October 2015 (each of the two rounds counts as one draw since 10 June 2026) and 1,987 EuroMillions draws since 2004 (Lucky Stars 1-12 since 27 September 2016), 3,168 draws in total.
• My Numbers (Premium): up to 100 saved picks, checked against the official draw (both Lotto rounds) with the real UK prize published for each tier.
• Big Winners: the biggest prizes won in the UK, shown anonymously.
• Entertainment only: generated numbers are for entertainment only; no method improves your chances.

3.1 Plans. LOTTO AI UK offers an optional premium subscription: Monthly at £4.99 per month, or Yearly at £19.99 per year (prices shown in the App Store for your country apply).

3.2 Terms of the subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless you were notified of a change.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions > LOTTO AI UK).

3.3 Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are at Apple's sole discretion. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

LOTTO AI UK IS AN ENTERTAINMENT TOOL ONLY. By using the app you acknowledge and agree that:

• Lottery games are games of chance and results are entirely random.
• No system, algorithm or app can guarantee or predict winning numbers.
• Statistics are based on past draws only; past results do not predict future draws.
• No method, strategy or statistic improves your chances of winning.
• We make no promise or guarantee of any lottery winnings.
• The decision to take part in lottery games is entirely your own responsibility.
• LOTTO AI UK is NOT affiliated with The National Lottery, Allwyn Entertainment Ltd, the Gambling Commission or the EuroMillions operators.

To the extent permitted by law, Digital App LLC is not liable for any financial loss related to the use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

LOTTO AI UK is for users aged 18 and over only.

• Set a budget for lottery tickets and stick to it.
• Never treat the lottery as a way to make money or solve financial problems.
• Never spend more than you can afford to lose.
• If you think gambling is becoming a problem, ask for help.

All content, features and functionality of the app — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and design — are owned by Digital App LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

“Lotto”, “The National Lottery” and “EuroMillions” are trademarks of their respective owners. LOTTO AI UK is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published in the app or on this website. Continuing to use the app after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you live in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
